    Have the problems with attuverse tv been resolved ? I'm asking for opinions before I change from cable.

    Our troubles have pretty much cleared up with the U-verse TV. It's back to being reliable again.

    I must say that I've had cable in the past, and I've had satellite in the past, and with each of those type services I had way more trouble than I have with this U-verse.

    I don't think any type of service is 100% reliable 100% of the time. Overall, I'm happier with U-verse than I ever was with either cable or satellite.

    My service has greatly improved also. I have never had cable or satellite so I don't have anything to compare to but I was recently comparing services with a group of people and from what they had to say about their services, I believe U-verse is probably better than most. And a lot of my original problems might have been related to the conversion to HDTV and not really u-verse. My one big complaint is still their customer service. There attitude is always "you, the customer, are probably just stoooopid" rather than maybe something is really screwed up. I have had to write several complaint letters to get some things fixed simply because calling customer service did not help.
