Does anyone here have a maid? We're looking for someone to come once/month, maybe twice/month to do basic cleaning.
I don't want a service, just a reliable, trustworthy maid who can come and go without me having to follow her around or wondering if she's stealing.

Anjelica cleans my house once a month and is terrific. Cleans ceiling fans and light fixtures, neatly stacks all papers and books, vacuums upholstery, does the dishes, and leaves my tub sparkling. She came as a referral from a friend. Her number is 469-951-2047.

Depends on your square footage and other variables. Expect to pay about $120 for two people on initial deep cleaning. After that, once-a-month cleaning for my house runs $80 for several hours work.
