NewslettersI came home from a trip on Tuesday (1/12) and my next-door neighbor Joel who is renting the home just south of me at the end of the cul de sac on Rita came over and told me his house had been broken into the day before (1/11). He returned home for lunch and everything was fine, and when his partner came home from work at 6:30pm, they had been robbed during the afternoon. A firearm and an X-box was taken, but whomever broke in left other valuable items like a laptop that was sitting out in plain site. The alarm that they have was not activated. Fingerprints were lifted (because of the firearm), but so far nothing yet. Please be careful people, and don't forget your alarm systems!
